My phone was getting called off the hook from realtors trying to set up appointments, but then I was also getting a ton of calls of realtors trying to get me to list with them instead of flat fee which got annoying after a while. I guess it just depends on your area and how tight the realtor community is there. Wow Mike, I didn’t have that problem at all. I tried a flat-fee listing as well. Most of the agents in my area simply refused to refer any customer to me. Those guys know who the flat-fee providers are and they avoid their listings. I was warned about this and did not believe it until I finally gave up and re-listed with a realtor. As soon as I did that, the calls started pouring in. That really hacked me off!
