We posted about a similar tool a year ago, but it appears to be dead, and Just One Club Card’s tool seems better developed anyway. Thanks for the comment Andrew. The phone number thing is a good tip as well.
I wish more rewards programs were like Staples where you register your credit card(s) on their website and it automatically adds your points when you make a purchase without having to flash a card or any additional effort.

This is a great find. Personally, I hate carrying loyalty cards around with me. I don’t mind registering for them, but I’m definitely not going to fatten my wallet or key chain with them.

My solution: ask the cashier if he can type in your phone number. I don’t think I’ve been to a store where this didn’t work. Sometimes you can even type it into the credit card pad yourself. It takes a second longer, but it saves carrying cards around. But I do carry my Kroger key tag, since that’s the most commonly used one & you can’t do the phone number trick at their gas pumps.
