They also have some great deals on other clothing. I was able to pick up 2 pairs of decent khaki shorts for $14 there and they aren't made in China.</p> <p>I guess if thats their business model to provide low prices and poor customer service then its working. I don't really see how having someone working at the store when there are no customers look for a shoe and give me a call if its in is going to hurt them. I go there to stock up on clothing because I know I won't get a better deal anywhere else unless I spend hours scouring clearance racks. The reason for their great price break (as you observed with the Starburys) is because they don't devote a lot of time and money to quality or customer service. That's just how it is.
