		<description>&lt;p&gt;I agree Jessica.  They also have some great deals on other clothing. I was able to pick up 2 pairs of decent khaki shorts for $14 there and they aren&#039;t made in China.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I guess if thats their business model to provide low prices and poor customer service then its working.  I don&#039;t really see how having someone working at the store when there are no customers look for a shoe and give me a call if its in is going to hurt them.  Not going to stop me from shopping there though.&lt;/p&gt;

I go there to stock up on clothing because I know I won&#039;t get a better deal anywhere else unless I spend hours scouring clearance racks. The reason for their great price break (as you observed with the Starburys) is because they don&#039;t devote a lot of time and money to quality or customer service. That&#039;s just how it is. It sucks, but you can get a great deal on some decent clothes if you&#039;re willing to deal with it.&lt;/p&gt;
