I can't under stand how a company as large as Home Depot can treat customers so poorly. I signed my roofing contract on 9-14-05, Home Depot has now installed three roofs on my house and are getting ready to install the fourth one. They pay their contractors as little as possible and that is why they get poor quality contractors. Home Depot does not return phone calls, emails or letters for weeks or never. When you see my web page you can see the distruction they do to peoples lives and property. When you search the internet for "poor customer service from home depot" you can read for days, how do they get away with this?

Thank you,

D - Thanks I didn't know about Little Grad, I'll have to check it out. Unfortunatly though if I use DealPass to get my 20% off I can't use a credit card so that pretty much wipes out that discount or the 10% off idea... but if I run out of GC's that would be a good way to get a little extra off.

Sorry had another way for you to gain on this purchase. I'm slow. If you are registered with Little Grad (which is like UPromise = may be the same deal??) and you make a purchase at Home Depot they are offering you 4%. Now you wont get this in cash, but if you create a 529 - it's like cash. Even without kids you can start this now. Just make yourself the beneficiary, you can change it later when you get that family.

You should be registered at these sites anyway, heck the money is free. And 529's can be used for ANYONE in your family, niece, nephew.

Sorry if you already new.

Go one step further. If your total bill is over $299 use a Home Depot Card or apply for one, they generally give you a year at 0% with no payments!!! Score!

Can you tell, I did this ... Just paid it off too!
